Orders are despatched from our London warehouse using nationwide courier 
service. Orders will only be despatched once all items within the order 
are available, with the exception of orders containing a combination of 
accessories and furniture, which will be dispatched separately. 
Unfortunately we do not deliver to BFPO, PO box numbers or hotels.

Refunds and Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from William Yeoward. 
However, if you would like to return any items or your purchase is 
unsuitable we are happy to provide a refund or exchange providing that 
the goods are still in their original packaging and in a fully 
resaleable condition. To receive a refund you must return the goods to 
us within 28 days of delivery.

address and order number so we can process the refund or exchange.

Goods must be returned with your packing slip to the address below.

All goods returned must be in a perfect and saleable condition with 
original product packaging and instructions where appropriate. If the 
goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition, and in their 
original packaging, then your right to a full refund may be affected.

If returning by post, the parcel and its contents are your 
responsibility until they are received at our Distribution Centre. The 
cost of returning the goods is at your expense. This does not affect 
your statutory rights.

Furniture (including Wall Mirrors)

Once furniture orders have been processed our delivery team will 
contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. Deliveries are 
made Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.

If your order contains a mixture of furniture and accessories, 
they will usually be dispatched separately. Please let our 
delivery team know if there are any parking restrictions or the 
delivery address is difficult to access.

Furniture delivery charges are broken down into 4 bands, if your

further details.

William Yeoward Delivery Info

We recommend using a registered postal service and retaining the proof 
of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. William Yeoward 
is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

If returning goods to our store, you will need to have a copy of the 
order confirmation email as proof of purchase. Unfortunately we are 
unable to offer you a refund on items returned to a store. We can only 
offer you an exchange or gift vouchers to the value of your order.

Please note that your original delivery charges will not be refunded.

Your payment for the goods will be refunded by William Yeoward as soon 
as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working 
days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges 
are not refunded. In addition to our returns policy you have the legal 
right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of 
receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing 
and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused 
condition. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may also 
exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us in their 
original, unopened and unused condition. Please see the cancellation 
section in our terms and conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Damaged / Faulty Goods:

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email:

soon as it is delivered, as refunds and replacements will not be 
processed after 28 days of receipt of the goods. We will refund to you 
any delivery charge paid when a returning a product that is faulty or 
damaged and organise a replacement to be sent out to you at the earliest
