What are your opening hours?

Our Kings Road store is open Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm

Do you offer an Interior Design Service?

We do not offer an Interior Design service but our knowledgeable team are on hand to offer advice. We work closely with many interior designers so are always more than happy to make a recommendation.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Delta, and Maestro credit and debit cards and PayPal

How do I return or exchange an item?

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a refund*, please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt to:

We will issue a refund to the card or PayPal account used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges. Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds from the date we receive the goods. Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns address. We therefore suggest you return items using a recorded delivery service, and retain a proof of delivery for your records. 

*Please note: items excluded from this policy are personalised, custom made or special orders.  These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

What if the item I would like is listed as 'out of stock'?

You can continue with your purchase and one of our team will contact you to let you know when stock is expected and your order will be ready to dispatch. Sometimes an item shows as out of stock on our website but stock is available from our Kings Road store, so it is always worth sending us an email to check; enquiries@williamyeoward.com

Do you have a gift wrapping service?

We offer gift wrapping* online and at our Kings Road store.

Online, you can select gift wrapping and add a personal message at check out at the delivery method section.

If shopping at our Kings road store, please let the sales assistant know which items you would like gift wrapped.
