THE
FURNITURE COLLECTION
At WILLIAM YEOWARD we are celebrating 20 years of design and build
in the furniture business.
From the inception of WILLIAM YEOWARD FURNITURE our aim has been to supply
beautifully designed and manufactured furniture to our clients either
at the top end of the interiors trade or to private clients who really
understand the integrity of bench made hand finished pieces. We are particularly
proud of the fact that our pieces are all made in England by highly qualified
craftsmen who really know and respect their craft. This new book
has some pieces such as the delightful Cherington bookcase that have
been staples of the YEOWARD collection for years only going to
prove that really good design stands the test of time. It also contains
many new designs which are being shown here for the very first time.
We pride ourselves in showing truly accomplished veneering and many of
our dining tables incorporate tops in crown cut veneers often from
chestnut which has a terrific grain.
Proportion scale and colour are all considered in great detail at the
design stage of any piece and we work closely with our clients to make
sure that we are correctly interpreting their ideas and wishes.
Many of our pieces are used as inspiration and our unique ability to
complete even the most challenging briefs has always been our great pride.
We look forward to welcoming you at 270 Kings Road, our London showroom
