Placing and Order
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and William Yeoward will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in Ordering Information. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Services Representatives by email or telephone.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you wish to do so, provided you exercise your right no longer than seven days after the day on which you receive the products.

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Refusal of Transaction

Short Delivery or Damaged Goods

Refunds and Returns
We hope you are delighted with your purchase from William Yeoward. However, if you would like to return any items or your purchase is unsuitable we are happy to provide a refund or exchange providing that the goods are still in their original packaging and in a fully resaleable condition. To receive a refund you must return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery.
In order to arrange a refund, return or exchange, you will require a returns authorisation code. You can obtain this by simply emailing email@example.com or call 020 7349 7828. You will receive a reply with a returns authorisation code that you will need to quote on all subsequent correspondence and instructions on how to proceed with the product return.
Goods must be returned with your packing slip to the address below.

All goods returned must be in a perfect and saleable condition with original product packaging and instructions where appropriate. If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition, and in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund may be affected.
If returning by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received at our Distribution Centre. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We recommend using a registered postal service and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. William Yeoward is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
If returning goods to our store, you will need to have a copy of the order confirmation email as proof of purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund on items returned to a store. We can only offer you an exchange or gift vouchers to the value of your order.
Please note that your original delivery charges will not be refunded.
Your payment for the goods will be refunded by William Yeoward as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. In addition to our returns policy you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Please see the cancellation section in our terms and conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Damaged / Faulty Goods:
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 020 7349 7828 immediately. We advise you to check your purchase as soon as it is delivered. We will refund to you any delivery charge paid when a returning a product that is faulty or damaged and organise a replacement to be sent out to you at the earliest opportunity.
