Orders are despatched from our London warehouse using nationwide courier service. Orders will only be despatched once all items within the order are available, with the exception of orders containing a combination of accessories and furniture, which will be dispatched separately. Unfortunately we do not deliver to BFPO, PO box numbers or hotels.

We hope you are thrilled with your purchase from William Yeoward. In the unlikely event your items(s) are damaged or faulty or you have changed your mind please contact our customer service team on [email protected]   or call 020 7349 7828 and a member of the team will be happy to assist you.

All sales (excluding clearance items) are eligible for a full refund or exchange providing that the goods are still in their original packaging complete with instructions (if applicable) and in a fully resaleable condition. Please note paint is not eligible for return or exchange as each can is tinted freshly tinted to order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To receive a full refund we must be in receipt of your goods in perfect, resaleable condition within 28 days of your delivery date. In the event that your goods are damaged by your chosen courier or postal service on their way to us, we may have to deduct this from your original order value. We recommend choosing tracked delivery to mitigate against lost or damaged items during the returns process.

We’re doing our part to reduce our carbon footprint. With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, delivery-associated costs are always the responsibility of the customer. Every year, over 17 billion unwanted items are returned, contributing to 4.7 million metric tons of C02. Please do your part to shop responsibly online.

Furniture (including Wall Mirrors)

Once furniture orders have been processed our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.

If your order contains a mixture of furniture and accessories, they will usually be dispatched separately. Please let our delivery team know if there are any parking restrictions or the delivery address is difficult to access.

William Yeoward Delivery Info

We recommend using a registered postal service and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. William Yeoward is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

If returning goods to our store, you will need to have a copy of the order confirmation email as proof of purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund on items returned to a store. We can only offer you an exchange or gift vouchers to the value of your order.

Please note that your original delivery charges will not be refunded.

Your payment for the goods will be refunded by William Yeoward as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. In addition to our returns policy you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Please see the cancellation section in our terms and conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Damaged / Faulty Goods:

We advise you to check your purchase as soon as it is delivered, as refunds and replacements will not be processed after 28 days of receipt of the goods. We will refund to you any delivery charge paid when a returning a product that is faulty or damaged and organise a replacement to be sent out to you at the earliest& opportunity.
