Conservation of natural resources
All timber products are sourced in compliance with legislation to prevent deforestation and trafficking of endangered species. All of our timber is sourced from FSC certified suppliers. The FSC system allows businesses and consumers to identify, purchase and use wood, paper and other forest products made with materials from well-managed, sustainable forests and/or recycled sources. We are continually striving and are committed to finding more sustainable ways of developing and producing our products, to reduce environmental impact.
Our offices, retail spaces and warehousing are designed to be as energy efficient as possible and we continue to work tirelessly towards the mitigation of negative environmental impacts such as: Energy use, Greenhouse gas emissions, water consumption and pollution, air pollution and waste management.
We have removed all single use plastic across our own offices, warehousing and retail spaces. All packaging has been designed and sourced to be recyclable. We have a no landfill policy.
We do not tolerate the mistreatment of animals in any form. We do not use animal fur in any of our products. None of our products contain ingredients from endangered species. We only use feather and down from ducks and geese that are a by- product of the food industry.
